Each piece is hand-made with care. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns & exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Due to the hand-made nature of our products, slight variations in colour, weave and embroidery are natural and are not considered defects.
Non-returnable items
Customised/made-to-order pieces and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@thepearlalaya.com with photos, and we'll make it right.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
