We aim to display products and prices accurately. Colours may vary slightly by screen. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. We may correct errors and update prices without notice.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders (e.g., stock or pricing errors). Order confirmation and payment confirmation are sent by email.

Payments are processed by PhonePe and Razorpay. Order amounts are verified server-side and payment is confirmed via the gateway before an order is marked paid.

To the extent permitted by law, The Pearl Alaya is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
